I have never seen one, so it makes me a bit curious. Hopefully someone can set me straight.
You are correct that albino x mojave will result in roughly half het albinos and half mojaves het albino. You could then breed a mojave het albino to the albino or to a het albino to get a chance at mojave albinos. If you breed mojave het albino x mojave het albino, you will have a chance for mojave albino, and also BEL albino. I can't remember seeing a mojave albino. They might be interesting, but if it were me, I'd go for an albino of something that has a more obvious pattern, like pins or spiders, or even the floating pattern that is common on cinnamons or the squiggles that are common on black pastels.

Lesser x spider would give you a chance at lesser bees. Lesser x pinstripe would give you a chance at king pins.

John Berry's book is out of print, but he is working on a new version. I've heard it will be out in Europe this spring, but I do not know when it might be available in the US.

As far as other sources seeming to contradict themselves, that is probably partly because there are different theories on most things, and also partly because every thing changes so quickly, both in terms of general knowledge and which morphs have been produced.
