    Quick little Poll: Spiders Behavior

Out of curiosity, I wanted to know how other peoples Spiders temperments are.

I have a female normal ball and she's a bit shy, but sweet and never bites.

My new Spider is awesome. He isn't afraid most of the time and seems to like being handled. He pops out of his hide when I open the lid and says hi. Sometimes he will even come up to my hand and start to climb up into it.

He eats like a champ too. And temps / humidity are perfect so he's not climbing into my hand for warmth.

I couldn't vote having several different ones they all have different behaviors

My spider is shy and a bit nippy til she's out of her tub. But it can be a bit of a challenge to get her out.

You didn't have my option: sweet but sometimes "special". He's a real sweetheart and very shy (I chose that option), but he's also very special. He doesn't have a noticable wobble, but he sure sucks at eating. He's nice and chubby, but my god, to watch him figure out how to eat is painful.

just had mine out a minute ago. He's still new and a biiiit shy. Really, though, he's pretty damn brave. He was really interested in my dog...

Re: Quick little Poll: Spiders Behavior

Not too many votes in the poll, but from what i've read on these forums and the poll itself, it seems that Spiders have a friendlier personality than most BP Morphs.

My Spider is brandie new but he's much less shy and much more friendly then most other BP's i've handled.

mine sucks at eating, too. He just doesn't strike or constrict very hard. Yesterday, he didn't even kill the rat pup and it was squealing as he was eating it. From now on, it's F/T only for that .

Re: Quick little Poll: Spiders Behavior

I voted little ball of hell. We just picked this girl up at the anaheim show last month so she's still pretty new but she is just plain evil! My husband disagrees and says she's all bark and no bite but I really think she hates me. She stalks me when I walk by her tub and patiently waits for the perfect time to strike. I think she just gets into a feeding frenzy because she does this after she eats. I'm hoping that's what it is anyways.
