    Snake Names

I recently purchased a ball python but the pet store owner didnt know the sex .

Im willing to take he/she to the vet to see if they can find out and I really dont wana know how to do it myself so please dont tell me lol.

But do you have any good names that could fit either a girl or boy snake . For some reason "Misunderstood" keeps popping up in my head when I hold him lol .

    Give me some ideas please

Misunderstood is a very fitting name for a snake. Sad, but true.

Some people might hear the "mis" at the beginning and think of a female, but I think it works well for either sex.

    Re: Snake Names

I aquired a pueblan milk snake rescue, and at the time it was unsexed. I decided on mal pronouns until the little fellow could be probed and, thanks to an awkward feeding mistake (stupid fellow tried to eat his mouse SIDEWAYS, needless to say that didn't work out so well though it was funny as all get out) I decided my goofy little colubrid should be named after a common sailing knot: Bowline (Pronunciation: \ˈbō-lən, -ˌlīn\) which is pretty gender-neutral.

We recently had him probed, just for curiosity's sake, and he's a she.
