Soak him in some warm water. And gently, very GENTLY start to rub it off. You dont want to just rip it off, because if its not ready then you could rip some of the non-shedding scales off.
He's really pretty, I think my next little guy is going to be a pastel :]
I had the same problem with my spider when he shed. I tried soaking him several times, but it didn't really work that well, since they don't put their head in the water at all. I gave him a humid hide and kept it reeeeally humid for the month following, and the next time he shed it came right off.
