    Heat tape Q

In a rack setup does the heat tape (flexwatt) heat the whole tub to the needed temperature or do you need the flexwatt and a space heater? (if your room is about 65-70 deg)

Belly heat will heat the tub more than back heat if your room is cooler. My room is around 74 and their cages in the rack are 80-82 cool side. (I have belly heat)
