What will I need for heat as in temps, and sources? their temps can range of 68-83. Ranges vary by sites. I just heard of a general rule of anything over 85 degrees is very bad. Depending on where you live these temps should be attainable without any sort of heater
Humidity? I keep mine ~60-70
What to feed and how often to feed? I always keep a bowl of CGD in the cage.
Best substrate (depending on the size?) ? I use plane ol printer paper.

Best size glass tank/etc for 2 (If even recommended to house together) ?
For 2...I would say a 18x18x18 should suffice. Depending on the sex types...I wouldn't house them together. You can get away with it when they are babies...but when they get to adults...at least mine...one was picking on the other..so they had to be separated.
