I wonder how severe the charges are against her. Will it be a night in jail and a $50 or will they push for something harsher which she deserves.

For the record, I in no way support PETA - I think they're a bunch of idiots. That said, you really think throwing a pie is worthy of "something harsher?" It's not like a pie in the face is going to cause significant harm - at worst, it might cause mild embarrassment/annoyance.
