The bottom line is to respect other's property even if the property in question is a media file.

This is actually funny that you bring that subject up. If you guys are into using photos with or without permission then maybe you should sent a message to one of the moderators of this web-site.
I don't think it is appropiate to use other breeders photos and claim that the animals in question belongs to him. That does not sound right, does it?
I'm thinking about the pied and caramel on this web-site as I'm pretty sure that NERD were the original photographer the animals.:
