Is it ok to use some other, stronger tape? So its been like one or two days up and then a few days down. Her left one still wont stand up unless she is alerted. How did you do it? Did your dog leave them alone? Plus, our Boston thinks they are toys. Uggg.
Oh good! I was hoping I wouldn't upset you!

I used cloth tape from the vet, which is actually the same cloth tape they use at hospitals. The brand is Kent if I remember right.

The breeder I got my dobie from has a really awesome way of doing the ears. Here's a link to how to made the sticks http://www.guardianangelk9.com/makingsticks1.html

And a link on how to post them

You may have to tape them together like she does. That's what I did with my girl until her ears were strong enough to stand on their own while posted.

Then when they were standing on their own while posted

She was never once able to get them off. The cloth tape is really really sticky! Most vets should have that tape, otherwise you might have to go to a farm vet. Pretty much all the vets in my area are farm vets, so I don't know if that makes a difference. Oh you know what, I would be more than happy to send you the tape we have left. You can PM me your address, I have a couple small rolls left in my car. My mom is a nurse, so I didn't have to pay for them

I did the ears one week up, one week off. Unless they were looking really bad, then it was only 3-4 days off.
