Its a hit or miss thing I think when it comes to them becoming a little more aggressive when feeding in the enclosure. I feed mine in the enclosure and some of them are still shy and wait patiently while others wait at the door of the hide, and as soon as the bin opens they come out in "kill something" mode haha. They don't want to hurt me they just think its time to eat, and are very used to the routine. Heres the thing, just like one of the above people said. "I can handle on feeding day as long as I move slowly and calmly, and stroke their backs before picking them up." If I want to handle and they think its feeding time and are in strike mode, I take the hide off carefully without my arm or hand coming to close to the strike zone(loving the terminology aren't you?), and cover there face with it. I then pet there back to let them know whats up, and that has never done me wrong yet. If I just reach in there they chase my hand around analyzing it seeing if its food, others will just strike because there nuts haha.
