It looks like a definite maybe to me. Hypos are a pretty variable morph, and they don't photograph well.
If you want to get some ideas about what adult hypos look like, do a search on sloanreptiles, and check out some of their recent breeding threads. I remember they have had several hypo girls locked up with various morphs.
