Those gauges can say 90, but your UTH can be up to 115 and you wouldn't know. What you need is to have a probe sitting on the glass where your UTH is to pull temps right there. You also need to put out some money for a rheostat (You can make them yourself for about $7) so you can manually control the temps of the UTH.
