i do 3 days in, 3 days out twice. Feed on day 7 Rest for 48 hours then 3 days in 3 days out.

Kinda just 3 in 3 out with a meal every 7ths day i guess.

also if he locks up straight away i try used to take him out afterwards but have noticed if i leave him in for the further day or so he usually locks again.
