He only talks to the big guys as he is the major exporter out of Africa (or Ghana at any rate ) iirc. He simply doesn't ship out to regular end buyers.

Crystalpalacereptiles gets shipments from him - But I warn you ultramels are in the £2k price bracket and not all that likely to drop anytime soon.
