I have two ball pythons, an '07 female spider, and an '08 male mojave. They have been perfect and have been in perfect health their whole time with me and have not missed a meal every week. they ate about 3 days ago, and my female ate her normal size, but my male ate a size bigger because for 3 weeks he has had no bulge after a meal. This past feeding when he wrapped his rat he was able to eat it no problem and I didn't notice anything out of the ordinary. Today since he has a bad shed I soaked him in warm water. I did notice some redness to his belly, but it was covered with his shed. and now i just took him out of the water after about 30min his shed is off and I found his belly super red and spotted with red, and it doesn't feel like scales but like skin. I have no idea what this could be or what I should do please someone help me.![]()
