Young Mussurana
This little dude is about 5 months old and just lost his red neck band, still has his red belly though:

Mussies are a lot of fun. Very inquisitive with a hell of a feeding response. This is a species you want to remove from the cage during the daylight hours.
Sometimes the babies can be tricky to get eating and in the past I have saved shed snake skins to wrap pinky mice in. Once on rodents, they start putting on size quickly.
Rear-fanged and venomous and a steel spring of a constrictor to boot. Unless you smell like food, they are not inclined to bite and are mellow to handle.

Piebald Mussurana are wickedly cool too.
Black Pearl Reptiles up over this way has some of those.
My rat breeder keeps Mussuranas as well, but I have never made the plunge

John does have some killer pieds - but they are also killer expensive.
Don't like the supers, but the regulars are awesome - especially as adults.

Killer stuff comes with that pricetag.
Everytime I talk to him...I get closer and closer to owning a pair.
