working at a school I find that kids who text more than type tend to type like they text. In a world where we all use spell check for everything....I don't think it is available on here. (Maybe I just missed it). I would also like to remind everyone that lots of ppl have English as a second language...therefore spelling is difficult. I have seen a few of them on here. Yes it is hard to read sometimes ...but still. Pointing out the flaws in someone only makes them feel stupid, lower than you, or sometimes rejected. I am sure that most of you did not mean any harm by this....but sometimes (especially when you are a type A personality as I) we have to be careful when we open our mouths. As we don't have allot of censors...and we don't realize how things come out or how it might make some else feel.
As far as the person who got the infraction. It is embarrassing....I totally get it. Geez I have one!! In fact I just emailed regarding when it would come off because I didn't want to be labeled a trouble maker. It was nice to hear sometimes the Mods got them too. Bottom line we all make mistakes but it is what we learn from those. Don't call ppl names though...they are just doing their jobs and following the rules of the site. They have to treat everyone equally. (that is a quote that I totally agree with)
To the OP...I hope that you come back. Give us a second chance...I have to say I have been on a few site and this has to be the best and I feel like I have made some friends that I cannot wait to meet. Even the ones I don't agree with.
