Arranging racks for different species?
Hmmmmm... I have two racks to house 3 different species, and need help arranging things! Basically I want to maximize space, while also ensuring that each species' husbandry is acceptable. Here's what I have in terms of the animals, and how each rack is laid out - any help would be much appreciated.
(species and approx weights):
2555g Ball Python
1800g BP
600-800g BPs x 5
500g BP
350g BP
600g Corn Snakes x 2
400g Corn Snake
30g Corn Snake
??g (tiny) Western Hognose
And I might be getting a pair of adult milksnakes in a trade soon...
Rack #1: 3x3' melamine, flexible sizing, belly-heat flexwatt wired separately (currently all plugged into one herpstat); each shelf can hold either one 41qt, three 12qt or 28qt/12qt Sterilite tubs.
Rack #2: 6-high with back heat, wired as one; each shelf holds a 32qt, I believe.
Lolo's Collection...
Ball Pythons: 0.4 Normals, 1.0 Pastel, 1.1 Mojaves, 1.0 Black Pastel, 2.0 Spiders, 0.1 Lesser, 1.0 Orange Ghost, 0.1 Honeybee
0.1 Spotted Python, 1.1 Stimson's Pythons, 1.0 Jungle Carpet Python
3.4 Corn Snakes, 1.1 Western Hognose Snakes, 1.2 cats, and 1.0 dog (47lb mutt)
