x2!! Mr. Longfellow dont let a few inconsiderate people deter you away from the site. There are a lot more nice people on this site willing to help...don't let a few people ruin it for you!

If that were so, then why not just spell check?

The people here are much more informative than on yahoo answers. The people here are also more easily annoyed by repetitiveness. Please try to do some of your own research before you continue to ask how to make every single morph there is.

This site generally welcomes new members with open arms, regardless of age, spelling, experience etc.. Just try to be less repetitive and you should begin getting better responses to your questions.
Believe it or not there are people in this world that are not good with computers and may not know how to search for certain things. If it is annoying to you then do not answer the post..just ignore it....there are enough other people on this forum that would be happy to answer the questions regardless of how repetitive....at least I hope there are..

Just last night I had to help a friend set up an iherp page cause he didnt know how. He didnt even know what bookmarks or tabs were....did i make fun of him....yes but thats because he has been my friend for years ....after making fun of him i sat for about an hour and a half or so setting up his page and teaching him some stuff about the internet.

Everyone wants to educate people and turn people on to the world of reptiles but if i was new to herps and i got some of those responses I dont think I would ever want to be a member of the herp world and would probably be turned off to the whole idea of it all...just my 2 cents

If the OP is having this problem like you say then here you go...

~A pretty good list of morphs~
    http://www.worldofballpythons.com/morphs/

~Here is an amazing picture list of morphs by NERD. Click on each picture for genetic details or combos for that morph.~

    ~Punnett square genetics by NERD~

    http://www.newenglandreptile.com/gen...recessive.html

    ~Ball Python caresheet~

    That should get you started.

You know I used to frequent this website a bit but I no longer get anything from it. Some you people think you are ball python gods but really.... You get my point. Time for you all to start respecting other members and if you have got nothing constructive to say don't say anything. Now you can get off mommy and daddys computer in there basement and grow up. Thank you for your time.

Re: is the bumble be gene domainet, co domainet or resieve

Sorry if I came off as a jerk, but as stated before I have a very good friend that has a slight learning disability and can not spell that well and I know he would be pretty embarrased to have asked that question and received some of those responses.

Those are great links. The nerd site is awesome!

I dont believe anything about my post was bad (and I know you did not insinuate that). I brought to light the reason some people were getting rude. That post should not have discouraged the OP. On the contrary, it should have encouraged him to stay. I made a good point. If this is someone who plans to breed for future sales it is an excellent idea for him to learn what will turn off potential buyers. The spelling is less annoying than the text speak. If a person cant spell very well it can be looked over. If a person is blatently lazy and refuses to use anything other than text speak. ---> How do u mak... wat is it cald... etc... That is very different than having a spelling or dyslexia problem.

I have some family members with a learning disability and 4 cousins with Down syndrome. The way I answered the OP was in fact in a way that a teacher would have. Explain the problem while being stern and understanding.
I would not have gotten quite as rude as some did. I myself (as admitted in another OP's thread) have aspergers syndrome. Because of this I do not like nor do I understand most humans. My memory is terrible as well. But here I try to help out as much as I can and if I answer something wrong I welcome any corrections I may get. Maybe my post with the links will give the OP enough info to help him, so that his next set of threads will be more involved. That is the goal here.

The good thing about this site is that everyone really wants to help properly educate new snake owners. We all want to help the reptile community grow

Definitely check out that NERD site that Foschi posted. It is a great site and will help you learn a little more about morphs and which combos make which snakes etc..that is where I learned a bunch and still visit the site for reference
