So i had to explain to this person how 95% of the aligator offered as food at speciality restaurants are farm raised. Besides, in america how many people are actually eaten by gator? If someone gets attacked by one they hunt it down and either kill it or relocate it. They dont sell it to a restaurant.

I dont think rodent would taste bad but then again I season the heck out of any meat I cook. It would definately need garlic and if its gamey like duck, rabbit or lamb, then some rosemary is in order. Hopefully I would be able to find an onion and possibly a potato or two. Then take my restaurant sized container of au ju mix and add a little to some water.. You would never know what you eating other than it was meat.
Remind me to never come to your house for dinner without asking whats the entree
