    Mike Cavanaugh the bomb!

Just picked up a breeder group of ASF's and some feeders today from my man Mike, what can i say about this guy....... He knows ASF's thats for sure, answered all my questions and let me choose my boy and girls, and even helped me with my setup. Nothing but clean healthy animals at his place. I will be doing business with him every week until my group is producing enough! I recommend Mike to anyone looking for ASF's for feeders breeders or pets! Mike your the man.

Cant agree more!!!! My groups that I bought from Mike are producing more that I had hoped for! 3 Females dropped 48 young two weeks ago and they are prego again! That was there first litter and at this rate I will be over-run pretty soon. Thanks again Mike

    Re: Mike Cavanaugh the bomb!

Great thing about living in North Florida - a feed store next door with Mazuri 6F and ASF's from Mike Cavanaugh! He is great! Really knows his stuff.

Check this out... so I don't know much about ball pythons let alone ASF rats, but Mike hooked me up with 6 of them plus a trio that we kept as pets. Before we met him, he reminded us to bring a container for them. Yeah, that would have been bad if I drove to meet him and have to figure out how to put the rats in the car. We met at the PetCo parking lot and my kids harassed him the whole time and he didn't mind at all! He was very patient with answering their rat and snake questions and listening to their snake stories! And after I picked out the cute ones, he walked me into the store and gave me recommendations on the things I need for their enclosure. And then he sent me a slew of emails with caresheets and recommended this site to me. And now I'm here! Learning every single day! And the rats - they are super cute, very mild mannered (we haven't been bit yet even with the kids playing with them all the time), and healthy. Before Mike, I bought rats from the pet store and the vet told us we had mammal parasites in the snake's belly. We've been feeding them Mike's rats for about a month now and when we had the follow-up vet visit, our snakes were free and clear!

Mike is not just an A-1 ASF breeder, he is one cool d00de overall.

    Re: Mike Cavanaugh the bomb!

Just received a large order of frozen ASFs from Mike yesterday. I couldn't have asked for better service. The feeders were the right size, vacuum sealed, clean & tidy. Mike communicated with me from the very start of the order to the very end, making sure I received the order and that everything was ok.

I will definitely be ordering from him again.

    Thanks Mike!

    Re: Mike Cavanaugh the bomb!

I have a few problem feeders and decided to give the ASFs a try. Got a shipment from Mike this weekend and are looking forward to trying them out. The packaging was very professional, very healthy, clean looking animals, vacume sealed, and the customer service was A-1. Mike stayed in contact with me through emails and by phone until he knew the package was in my possesion. Thanks Mike, if they work out we will be doing more business.

    Re: Mike Cavanaugh the bomb!

Just got some ASF's from Mike over the weekend. Had a good selection to choose from. Mike was very informative and extremely knowledgable about the breed. It was definently work the 300 mile drive to pick them up. I am very happy to be a ASF breeder and look forward to working with Mike an others in developing the breed variations.

    Re: Mike Cavanaugh the bomb!

Mike is very knowledgeable about ASFs, and even though I didnt get any live ASFs from him (because we are too far away) he has help me lots with countless info with the trio (1.2) of ASFs I got localy. I've learned alot about them. Now I have ASFs litters of my own and started to feed off the older ones.

Mike has become a good friend here in these forums and hopefuly one day I will get to him in person.

I bought a gorgeous Spider BP Female from Mike (link below). I wouldnt hesitate to do bussiness again with Mike, whether it be ASFs or BPs. He knows his stuff!

    Re: Mike Cavanaugh the bomb!

Me and my wife Christy, met Mike and his wife Kari, in Savannah Ga last weekend. We hung out on E River St, had a nice lunch, and went in some of the novelty shops. Mike is a great guy, this was the first time we had ever met and I felt like I had known him for years. Very nice, humble, down to earth guy. I also picked up a few snakes from him while we were there. We actually went to Savannah to get Christy a pocketbook, but picked up some snakes while we were there. Good quality animals, healthy, great transaction. Mike is one of the good guys in this hobby and comes highly recommended by the Fat Boy!!!
