I would soakm With me I prefer to soak in a tupperware. I go buy a tupperware from Walmart for like 4 bucks they are like 8 by 12 inches or so, I put a couple air holes in it and fill it with warm water to about half his thickness, Then I put the lid on and put him in his tank for about an hour. After that his old skin will pretty much fall off with little to no effort. And usually by the time you take him out they will have peeled the shed on his head back to atleast his neck.
