    In my opinion. Either the hide is too big or the tub is too small.

    If it's an hatchling it looks good to me, except that I would recommend a plastic flowerpot saucer instead of a terra cotta one.

    it is for a hatchling, i dont have near as much experience as you so just wondering for my knowledge why plastic over terra cotta. I will definantly change since you recommend it but just wondering thanks

    ya the hide is a bit to big will be getting a smaller one before it arrives

    Because sometimes when you cut the terra cotta there are sharp ages that can easily injure the snake.

    thats what i thought. The one i have i sanded down so no sharp edges but i am going to just get a plastic before i get him thanks alot
