Why do you want to combat males?

Get a stubborn male to breed?
I don't know ANYTHING about intentionally trying to get them to combat.
Why not just pop the other male and put some sperm plugs on the female?

As an aside, males put together will rarely hurt each other. They do a lot of posturing, hissing, and wrestling to assert dominance, but will rarely bite. (I've never heard of it happening, but I'm sure it's possible)
I have heard that pairing two males for short periods may influence them to mate with a female, but the opposite can happen as well. One or both males might just get stressed to the point that they show no interest in mating.
Your best bet would be to just pair the male with a female. If he's ready he will mate. If he's not, just be patient.

With multi sired clutches will it decrease the chance of getting normals or no?
If both males lock with her what are the chances that i will get a multi sired clutch?

I agree with the other replies, there are much better ways than combating as it could actually do the opposite.
Also you could try putting two females in with the male

Just Take a sperm plug from one male and wipe it on the female, that is a much safer way to get the scent with chancing a muti sire that you dont want.
Very hard to say what the odds would be.

I noticed you have a pastel and spider. If one male is breeding I suggest that you breed the breeding male and as soon as they're done remove the breeding male and put the non-breeding male in with the just bred female. This has worked well for me.
