Hmm. Not sure. He sure is alot grayer and has alot less of the brown and tan in him. But i still see on his back he doesnt completely lack the brown pigment. Hopefully he does give you some axanthic babies though. Goodluck
If i get babies I'll raise up females to breed back. If it is an axanthic i assume it will be recessive like the other lines
Why would you only use an albino? That is not the only recessive gene out there and if no albinos were produced that would only prove it is not an albino. It would not however prove there was not another gene at work there such as axanthic, hypo/ghost, Carmel, and any number of others. Not saying it is any of those I listed but seriously breeding it to an albino will not prove that there are no recessive genes at involved with this snake...
Now to the OP beautiful snake I have a female that is VERY close to that one but just a little brighter. I bred her to my pastel this year and will be holding back one male to see what I am playing with. Good luck.

If the owner thinks it is an Axanthic, and I personally do not by the way, then the easiest way to prove it out is by using an Axanthic to breed it to.
It is obviously not an Albino, but using an Albino mate would at least give you Albino Hets as offspring, and by the off chance it is an Axanthic, you could make Snows-which is why I think the one poster said to use an Albino.
It looks more like a burgundy type Hypo to me, I would say not an Axanthic.
