Provent-A-Mite not available in NY??

I am not discussing getting it illegally, only trying to find alternatives. Something I can order online maybe? I just need to get rid of these mites, they have been pestering me for weeks now. I've been cleaning the cage/snake regularly with jurrasic mite stuff, but I've alyways heard about this product

This is why it happened... he (owner of Pro products) complained to the government that Black night was being sold as a mite spray, not as what the label said, so Black night was no longer allowed to sell it. So Black Night took revenge on him and found a reason to have his product banned. This was the word on the snake vine anyway at the White Plains show a couple years back.

So is just having it in NYS illegal....or you just cannot buy it or ship it to NYS?? And for that matter ....is it just illegal for companies to ship it?

I am just asking a question....no illegal advice here...just trying to understand the law in that state.

It has something to do with Taxes in NYS

You might be able to ship it to a friend in another state and then have them ship it to you or go pick it up when you visit.

I find it ironic that PAM is made in NY, but it can't be sold there...

I agree. I do not live too far from them, and still I cannot buy it. It sucks that snakes/customers have to suffer because of our own state.

POM is available in NY you just need to know where to purchase it. i will not disclose where i get mine from but it is available. And it is by far the best for preventing and getting rid of mites.

Post proof otherwise your just trolling. Its illegal for the company who makes PAM to sell to anyone in New york let alone stores to carry it and get away with it.
