Assuming all your husbandry is spot on, don't worry about it. It is common for males to go off feed in the winter months once they reach sexual maturity. They can go without food for a very, very long time. I think the record is like 15 months or something. As long as they aren't loosing considerable amount of weight, don't worry

The spider morph has a little quirk too it. They wobble and sometimes spin. What you are observing is probably the spinning. Some spiders grow out of it, some don't. It doesn't impact their health in any way though.
