    Re: Caramel Ghost?

wow whats up all, i posted that last quick update right before i left for work. i appreciate the enthusiasm to see pictures but my work schedule is pretty much the opposite of most peoples. i know i said there was some red in her eye but im pretty sure that was just me convincing myself it was a good deal while i was looking at it at this chicks place. i would appreciate if the "oooo, you got ripped off" comments were kept to a minimum as it doesn't really matter as i have the snake now and am pretty happy with it, thanks.

these are two i took from my phone after i got it. again thanks for your help guys.

yea dude, i don't know. she said she got a photo off the internet cause she "didn't want to move the snake and the glare from the tank messed up the photos" and she didn't know what i meant when i asked her what morph it was. i gave up on the chance of a caramel glow at that point.

    Re: Caramel Ghost?

The pictures are not a great quality but Im pretty sure thats a Pastel.

Anyone else care to give input?

Pretty sure thats what you have there man. If so you paid about the right price if its a male and you got some supplies with it.

You didnt get completely duped after all but it still was not right for her to post someone elses pic and misinterpret the snake in that way.

You didnt get ripped off. Now just watch the snake closely to be sure he isnt sick or has mites and you should be just fine.

    Re: Caramel Ghost?

hey, thanks man. sorry for telling you to relax, work was lame tonight and was worried people were gonna jump down my throat on the forum about picking up this snake.

not to sure that it's a pastel, i have two and there isn't much yellow in this snake. it almost looks like a light normal that gets lighter/white the closer it gets to its belly [i tried to show that in the second picture].

its funny, as i was uploading my phone pics i noticed to took a picture of a 6500 dollar caramel glow from like 2 expos ago. wish i retained that to memory.

    Re: Caramel Ghost?

Its the green eyes.. Look at its eyes. Pastels have alot of varience too. Some look like light normals. With those green eyes and all the blushing it has inside the dark markings. If the belly scales are clean and white down the center its gotta be a pastel. Just a low quality one.

    Oh and it's dudette... LOL

    Re: Caramel Ghost?

My vote is a really low quality pastel. Ive seen some brown out and look more grayish than actually brown.

But I too am very interested to see to see a picture of this actual snake. Im sure Im not the only one who thinks it a little strange that this person asked for advice, it was proven that the person stole a pic online yet he still went to get the snake but has not posted anything since?

Please post a pic of the snake so we can see what it is.
Meant to say the first post was a image being portrayed as a caramel from what the OP was told. BUt is a Orange ghost

And the new pictures are Pastel by the eyes. Could use a whole body shot.

I have to say...I am a total sucker and even if it wasn't what was portrayed to me....I would feel bad for the snake and buy it anyways.

    Thats right...make fun of me.....Im a total animal/reptile hugger...lol
