Not the best update..

Hey everyone. Things are going "ok." Last week though, my little light Spider male, died. He died while I was not home, and my mom ended up tossing him out with the trash. So I cannot even get an autopsy.
I had sold his father.. I now only have my two big girls. So I am down to 2 female BPs; that is it. I am also unemployed, and husband and I have moved in with my family.
BUT I am trying to be optimistic! I have a roof over my head and a very good job lead (at my old work.. they said that they will most certainly hire me back after the holidays.) So I just wanted to check in and let anyone who cares know how it is going. Love yas!

I'm really sorry to hear about your little guy. That stinks. Sometimes we just don't know why things like that happen. They just do. Best wishes for a happy holiday despite the downturn in your own personal economy. Things WILL GET BETTER. We just have to believe that.

Thanks guys. I never thought that the job search would be so hard. last week I was applying for office jobs. This week I feel like I will be lucky if I get hired by the local big-box pet store. But hey.. even if I am working parttime at PetSmart, maybe I will get moreenjoyment than I would have gotten at an office.. And the store that I applied to, actually houses their animals in the right conditions.
I think that alot has changed at the bigger pet stores lately. I remember woeful herp conditions there just a few years ago.. now everything looks good there.

Sorry for your loss, its never easy losing a pet Good luck on getting your new job. I know how it is to be unemployed in this economy. I was unemployed for almost 6 months, just keep plugging away at it and you will find something!

First of all I am so sorry to hear about your baby!

Have you tried maybe checking out any of the temp offices??? Anyways good look with the job hunting....hopefully it will not take too long and you and your guy will have your own place.

Thanks I do have a local store that will hire me, but they assured me that they aren't hiring at all until after New Year's. So it is a waiting game for me now.. although I am stressing about money, the good thing is that my husband secured a spot tattooing nearby. So we at least have something coming in! This definately was the pick-me-up that we needed.
Time to relax, rest up, and maybe work on some art that will be neglected once I get a fulltime job! Our friends may have a vacant apartment that we can rent cheaply, in the near future. I am OK at my Mom's, but some things here really upset me (her dog that she will NOT crate, who has a penchant for peeing in the house no matter how many times you take her out, is one thing..) But hey, our bedroom has a door, and that door closes, so oh well!
