To get a more usefull reply you will probably have top tell people a few more details.

What is his setup like?

What is he eating and how often?

Has he got skinny quite quickly or has it been a slow change?

How long have you had him and where did you get him?

Was he CB or WC or CF?

Has he been treated for parasites or had a vet check for potential problems?

he is in one off thoes 270gal nylon mesh enclosures
he has a big bowl of water in there
he is offered crickets and meal worms and wax worms every day
i have had him since april, got him at a local pet store

What are the temps at his basking spot and the ambients and how is the UV bulb setup?

be sure you have a good 88-90 hot basking spot with 12 hrs of UV going. Other wise he wont be able to digest properly.

The dragon needs UVB to produce vitamin D3 in order to absorb the calcium in the diet, without this lighting the dragon will get very little calcium from the food and supplements that you are giving it and will very likely develop Calcium Deficiency in herbivore and omnivorous reptiles or MBD (metabolic bone disease)

Pinkies can be fed either or as they wont harm him at all. start off with 1-2 per week as see how his weight goes. Dont push it on the pinkies as he is still young. but a few will help
