My BP went off feeding... What to do?

Well this is the first winter I've been with my bp's my normal went off feeding, I feed them both small rats...my lemon took it but my normal showed little to no interest & it surprise me because she never missed a meal since I had her...the temps are all good & no I dont handle them that much... If she did go fasting should I still try to feed every week??

I wouldn't worry. One feeding is certainly nothing to be afraid of. This time of year, many balls will go off their food. Some won't eat again for 2-6 months. Others will not stop eating throughoout the winter.

You can try to feed him every other week if you'd like. He may, or may not eat. If he was healthy before this missed feeding, there shouldn't be anything to be concerned about. However keep an eye on him. Make sure he still looks healthy. Look for anything that could the reason for him to stop eating.

If she's healthy then it's probably not too much to worry about. When I have one that wouln't eat I usually will offer once a week until they do. They can go for a long time without food but as long as they don't start looking really skinny or get really wrinkly skin then they are probably alright.

Oh ok this is good to know because I know that they will but I'm just worried it's going to be for a long time... yeah she's pretty healthy she's about 750 grams and she's only about a year old...

while off feed she shouldn't lose very much weight. she will lose some weight until she's empty, at that point just watch her weight, this is normal for ball pythons.
