He will have digested the food enough by then. I wouldn't worry about it.
Put the snake in a pillowcase or snake bag. Just make sure the heat pack doesn't have direct contact with the snake.
Don't be surprised if he doesn't eat on the next scheduled day though. The moving can still be stressful.
I would wait until he eats consistently 3 feedings in a row before you try handling him again. First and fore most you want the snake to eat. Handling is something you enjoy, not the snake. They are not social animals and don't "enjoy" being socialized.
