Re: Latest from USARK - Bill Nelson Lied
Alice Cooper really has a dilema. He has used a boa constrictor in his shows for years. If this passes, he can't do that anymore since he can't transport it across state lines.

Re: Latest from USARK - Bill Nelson Lied
Got this off of PIJAC's website and from what I saw, USARK tweeted something similar (I don't subscribe to Twitter so I can't verify that latter):
S. 373 was amended in the Senate Committee on Environment & Public Works on December 10, 2009. The Cardin (D-MD) amendment would include only the nine constrictor species proposed by the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service (Burmese python, northern African python, southern African python, reticulated python, green anaconda, yellow anaconda, Beni or Bolivian anaconda, DeSchauensee's anaconda and boa constrictor. When the amendment becomes public, it will be available on the Breaking News page.
This still sucks really, really bad but at least it's not everything. We still need to fight this hard, even if you own none of these species. I don't own them but hell will freeze over before I leave my fellow herpers out to dry.

Re: Latest from USARK - Bill Nelson Lied
I sent an e-mail to the address on his official website, in hopes that they can send it on to him. If we can get a message through to him, it's a sure bet he will be on our side in this.
