Help Me!!! (Ball Python Habitat)

I need to know if i should use a plastic or glass container for my ball python...which will help prevent mites...and should i use newspaper at all times or bedding?

I'd go with a tub. All of my balls are in tubs and do great in them. You do loose some visibility with plastic but balls are display animals anyways. Plus they're very cheep and come in many different sizes. Newspaper works great but you can use other types of bedding like aspen. If you want the cage to be "nice" looking go with a bedding like aspen, if not newspaper will do the trick.
