    Tail Dying

So I know the first thing most of you will tell me is to see a vet, there are no vets nearby that will even see a reptile. Any way it started with a bad shed, she didnt get the tip of her tail to shed properly and To make a long story short and make no excuses I missed it. I have been bathing her regularly and putting ointment on it to try to keep it moist, but it isnt helping. I dunno what to do please help me out.
