Cinnamon..
A head the color of powdered cinnamon, some striping (common with lots of cinnys) and abberant circle pattern along sides. Belly should be clear too.

160 usd or 2 mil pesos.. (1 dolar = 12.5 pesos)
Here in Mexico Normals are arround 56 usd

Maybe you misunderstand "clear". Are the center belly scales (the largest ones) white with no markings going across them or down their center?
A cinnamon should have a clear white and marking free belly. Meaning the larger center belly scales.
Otherwise it really does look like a cinny.
