gahh i had my bp misa in a 40g breeder and a tube fell on the lid, and the lid ripped. she is about 2.5 ft and i only have a 10 gal tank. will it be ok temporarly?

Yes. Don't beat yourself up too much, these snakes can be just fine with many inconveniences temporarily.

You might look into a tub for housing as they are very cost efficient and have many other bonuses.

If you were looking to get a new glass cage, I would recommend a 20g long over a 40g breeder, they just don't need that much space, plus they are easier to heat and keep humidity up in them.

cb70 or 42qt steralites from walmart .. for a snake the size of yours would be suitable
