I use Rodent Pro all the time. Love their rats and service is pretty fast.
If your rats are exploding due to constriction dont put them on a heat source to thaw it cooks them and the skin can tear. Thaw them at room temp for a few hours then heat them up for about a min. No exploding rats that way.
