    Workout Music

So what do you all put on your Ipod (or other players) to keep you in the mood to workout?

I have started to make some play lists for the gym and was curious as to what keeps you going.

For Cardio, I have a playlist with a bunch of techno and trance.

For weight lifting, it's all metal stuff. Killswitch Engage, Trivium, Zombie, stuff like that...

    Couldn't agree more!

Tiesto for cardio. Hard rock for weights...

listen to hardstyle music. its like dance techno.

when i was in school, i had to climb a LOT of stairs, and i would get tired... haha..

when i put my headphones on, and climb the stairs to the beat, i get upstairs full of energy, and i talk more =p.

I have a mixed playlist of mostly rock. Alexisonfire, Rise against, My chemical romance, or even the Hip. I would rather be more focused then pumped when I hit the wieghts....but thats just me.

    cheers,

    Re: Workout Music

I overhear alot of peoples music, and most of the time it's techno or hard rock. I've lost my headphones, and don't listen to any right now. But when I get another pair, I'll be listening to Deadmau5, Puscifer, and some Slipknot.

Ladytron! I love this group. Some of their faster-paced songs are great for working out on the treadmill.
