I've never seen one of those, unless it was posted on here. I'd assume the price tag would be several thousands of dollars. If you'd want to track one down, I'd suggest calling NERD, BHB, or Ralph Davis. One of them would know where to direct you.
Or, better yet, the name "Colin Weaver" is on that picture, which is a member on this website. He posts here frequently, search his name and ask him about the morph.
