    Help keeping track records

I'm not very good at Excel or making spreadsheets of any kind.

I'm wondering if any big-time breeders, or anyone in general may have a system using Excel spreadsheets or a PDF file I could use to keep records of feedings, sheds, weight, etc for snakes?

If so, could you please provide by email attachment?
