Were the eggs fertile? If they're fertile, not a sperm issue. Sounds to me like a humidity/temperature issue. My A/C went out this year in my house and it got into the 90's for several hours and killed all of my cornsnake eggs. Out of over a hundred eggs, only 6 hatched and survived.
If your house gets up to 95, the no way your eggs will make it. You need to figure a way to keep the eggs at 80-82 degrees.
