I thought all super-cinnies had some duck-billing, but it's only an unusual looking snout, nothing that actually causes a problem or interferes with them--I am not sure I would even consider it a deformity. Cinnamons have an unusual looking snout to begin with--the trait is just exaggerated in the supers.

I would class it more as a trait of the morph, than as a deformity. It's not like kinking in caramels, or even like wobbles in spiders. It's just a funny looking face. Folks breed animals for funny looking faces all the time (bulldogs, persian cats, dumbo rats, etc).
