National Geographic- When Crocs Ate Dinosaurs
This show I'm watching right now on NatGeo is amazing. Seriously, you can really learn a lot from watching this show. It's so crazy how crocodiles can do all of these things to keep it alive, and how crazy they looked like back then. There's a croc that was about the same size as a Tyranosaurus Rex that ate dinosaurs. This show is insane, I seriously recommend watching it right now. I know this has nothing to do with snakes, but this show it a must watch.

In Arizona it's 8:13pm LOL. Different time zones I guess, but that show was really one of the most amazing shows I've seen yet. They did an autopsy (is that how you spell it??) on a crocodile and showed the lungs, heart, and brain. It was very interesting to watch, and while watching I thought about how grossed out girls get if they saw that, but I don't get grossed out very easily. But, for some reason, that frozen baby mammoth makes my stomach feel weird I don't really like looking at dead stuff, especially if it's one of my pets

Agreed, it was a great show. It's really interesting if you've ever looked into the history of crocodiles. They used to be a very diverse group of animals ranging from completely land going animals to crocs that spent their entire lives at sea. There were also atleast another 3 crocodilians that grew to similar sizes as super croc, Sarcosuchus. One of them dienosuchus, a massive alligator, is arguably just as big as Sarcosuchus and lived with T-Rex 65 million years ago in North America, that would've been an amazing battle to witness! On a side note super croc and dienosuchus may have been the same length as t-rex (40ft) but at 10 tons they weighed a whole 3-4 tons more than t-rex! Another giant, Purussaurus, was a 36ft caiman from South American that lived just 8 million years ago! One scarey thing to think about, the greatest bite force ever recored was from a nile croc at 6,000psi. Now imagen the bite force coming from a croc 10 times the weight and twice the length of the largest living crocs....
