Well depending on her size maybe because he's double checking before he puts her in with some males. It's advised to double check your sexes, BPs throw some curveballs our way lol. If she is a he and he's unhappy with having a male instead of a female, have him send the snake back and give him a refund.

Re: customer prob.
First of all either you or the friend could be wrong in the determination of the sex. Can a reliable 3rd party take a look at it? Is this buyer local? If you are wrong and don't refund, the bad publicity that you will get won't be worth it. If you refund his money you can resell the snake after determining the sex properly and avoid having an issue at all. Or if it is male maybe he would be willing to keep the snake and accept a partial refund. I wouldn't just refuse to attempt to resolve this if I were you.

Re: customer prob.
Even 99.99% sure isn't 100% sure. The only way you can be 100% sure of the sex if its a male. And I'm surprised someone would even try to probe an animal that small, I too, would be worried about possible injury.
I will say this though, its better to err on the side of assuming he's right, even if you're sure he's not. If he's right, and you didn't rectify the situation, it will really hurt your rep. If he ends up being wrong and you still refund his money, then it just shows people that you go the higher road to take care of your customers.
Remember that you can have hundreds of satisfied customers, but it only takes one unsatisfied customer to bring you down. If it was me I would refund his money upon receipt of the snake back in your custody.

Re: customer prob.
You cant be sure, but do you keep all your snakes on photo record before you sell them? You never know he might be sending you a different snake. Make sure its yours and you have proof before any refund is issued

Re: customer prob.
he has not requested a refund yet. i will need to speak with the person who probbed her to make sure they know what they are doing. i never prob one that small. and if i am wrong i will make it right. i do keep photos of the ones i sell. and this guy is on the other side of the country. i am not trying to screw the guy so if i was wrong i will make it right.

Re: customer prob.
If he's in the Los Angeles area I'd be happy to verify what it is for you.

Tim is in Vegas. Check with Royalmorphs and see if he'd double check it for you.
