    Baby Stimsons Python

I was playing with the camera and came up with this pic of one of my 09 baby Stimsons pythons. This little guy is really nice looking and I cannot wait to see how he ages. Does anyone else on this board work with Stimsoni?

    Thanks Ryan Young

Those are awesome. Been wanting some of those for a while now. What are you feeding it? I find it hard to believe they eat pinkie mice for a first meal.

They can eat a pinkie no problem. This one is now eating small peach fuzzies.

    Nice clear contrast.

Keeping my fingers crossed that he retains it into adulthood.

The ones I have are all under 3ft as adults. I am sure with heavy overfeeding you could get one a little bigger but 28-34" seems to be it.

    Re: Baby Stimsons Python

The Antaresia genus is a group of 4 species that are very similar. Having worked with 3 of the species for over 10 years and the fourth for two years I have come to see them as being close but not the same to eachother. It is one of my favorite groups of snakes. Here is a pic of a spotted python of the same age as the stim.
