I have to agree with you Aaron but only when they grow up !
While I feel there is an "emperor's new clothes mentality" where the Banana (and a few other morphs for that matter ) are concerned, I feel that we have not seen enough good photos of adults/adult combos to get an accurate idea of how well they will age. Unless you are one who prefers melanistic morphs over bright colorful ones -- you must agree the yearling Banana and this particular combo (Banana Pinstripe) are... INCREDIBLE!!!!!!!

In my opinion, the other Banana combos I have seen don't appear as appealing in color. Like many morphs and their combos, some Banana combos will inhance the "Banana proper" color -- while others will be less than flattering.

To be clear perfectly clear, so as not to be misunderstood, these 2 animals as pictured are for me --- STELLAR!!!

    I think they are AMAZING.

Also i have a theory that if paired with a melanistic looking snake it might tone them down a little so they look a little better as adults.

Still incredible looking snake both as a baby and adult.

HOLY CRAP!!!! o.O "Wow" just doesn't cover it! Those animals are almost burning my retinas!

I have no idea how the original Banana managed to survive in the wild, that's for sure!

Methinks I need to add Banana x Axanthic to my future plans...if for no other reason than to see what happens!

I think adult bananas are way better looking than the juvies. But, I've only ever seen pictures. I love the spots, and the fact that they appear as the snake ages....just like a banana sitting around your kitchen for a while.
Would you breed a wobbler dog even though it had a cool coat?

    Re: Banana Pinstripe with Banana

Saying "i dont like that because they arent as cool as adults" doesnt make much sense... because 90% of ball pythons dont look nearly as nice as adults. Don't get me wrong, some morphs age very well, but as a whole most look better as babies. Even baby normals are much more stunning then washed out adults.

But then again, people are usually after babies to buy, so it works out that they look so much nicer

The banana pinstripe is nice, but I think I like the plain ole' banana better! Either way, they're both HOT!

Because I don't want to own a snake whom I think is ugly, espcially when it looks like that for 90% of it's lifetime.
