strange sheen

so i bought a lovely normal female bp this weekend, shes a full grown female... and now that i've had a real good look at her in person, she seems to have a sortof purply sheen on her head and nose.... something that looks like... i dunno-- i've never seen it before. it shows up in photos... so i'll attach them here...

any ideas? stuck shed? something like that?

Nope, not stuck shed! It's the iridescence of her scales. She looks nice, congrats on the pick up.
