so isn't my answer good ? lol
Spector Yellow Belly x Yellow Belly is going to produce Ivories because Yellow Belly is on both ends of the spectrum. But you can't produce a Super Stripe Ivory by breeding Specter Yellow Belly x Yellow Belly.

you are right, you can't produce spector ivory cause they are on the same loci.

Just like you can't produce a Lesser Super Mojave. no ?

The genetics aren't totally understood yet.

Here's what we know so far based off current breedings, my information comes from Tom Carlton & Brian Barcyzk:
    Super Stripe x Normal Produces:
    Specters
    Yellow Bellies
    Normals

Super Stripes cannot reproduce themselves without either a Spector or Yellow Belly on both ends (as in if you Breed Super Stripe x Yellow Belly you can produce super stripes because the female is a Yellow Belly).

I know this is getting OT, but the reason there is still some doubt about the Yellowbelly and Spector being on the same loci is because, as AaronP said, Superstripe x Normal breedings produce normal offspring in addition to YBs and Spectors. You don't see this when breeding, say, a Blue Eyed Leucistic which was made from a Mojave and Lesser to a Normal- you only get Mojaves and Lessers in the resulting clutch. If Spector and Yellowbelly are on the same allele in the same way the Mojave and Lesser are, then when breeding a Superstripe to a normal you should produce ONLY YBs and Spectors. That's why I added the caveat to my answer. Crazy weird genes

I didn't know they produced normals when bred to normal. Euhm... really weird then ! I taught the normals looking were specters.

I think we gonna need to have someone breed a Super Spector to a Ivory and see what happens. If you have all super stripe and if then, when one of these is breed to a normal, you get all super stripe, it will mean they are both different allele and you need both. But not being able to produce ivory is weird then...

Super Stripe x Ivory will produce this:

    Yellowbellies
    Ivories
    Super Stripes
