    just a fast pic while weighing

    a fast pic of my male poss fire on the scale he's 175 grams cant wait till he's breeding size to prove him out with my poss fire female who weighs 230grams

    1.1 captive hatch poss. fire
    1.1 rtb Kitty and no name yet

    0.1 pit bull mix, lots of fish

    Nice BP!

    I'm confused though, what do you mean poss fire? Meaning het fire? I'm pretty sure fires are co dominant, and they don't produce hets. He does seem to have a firey color about halfway down, but I'd say his head is too dark to be a fire.

    Yeah. He is gorgeous snake, but I don't think it's a fire. Of course, I've been wrong before. I'm certain he isn't het fire, since it is a codominant gene.

    i say poss fire because it is a captive hatch and not captive breed and the dark head is due to me having duct tape holding my therm probe and he got stuck on it (no more of that now i just stick it in there and let him move when he crawls aross it) live and learn ill post a pic after his next shed

    Ouch, duct tape! Poor guy. The darkness goes all the way down his neck, and he lightens up, but not light enough to be a fire in my opinion. Good luck proving them out though!
